Program Introduction:
Bright Beginnings Children's Day Out operates as a ministry of Faith Baptist Church Mill Creek. Our objective is to provide a social foundation for each child within a Christian environment. We strive to provide an atmosphere in which children will :
*Be lovingly nurtured as they develop a sense of independence.
*Participate in educational activities designed to enrich and encourage their growth and development.
*Have opportunities to build friendships with others through communication and interaction.
Our program is offered to children aged 15 months (and walking) through 5 years old (before Kindergarten). The program runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00a.m.- 1:00p.m. Each child can attend one or both days.
Bright Beginnings consists of four classrooms that comply with the state guidelines concerning ratio of staff to children. Each classroom will include two co-teachers and be divided as follows:
Toddlers (15-23 months)
2 year-olds
3 year-olds
4/5 year-olds combined.
Children will be placed in classrooms according to the age they are when the program year begins. They will remain in that classroom throughout the course of the school year, regardless of when their birthday falls.
